Regal looking metal cast plate mounted on wood base. When plate is removed, underside reveals board was made by the Corbin Loch Co.; Several model numbers as well. Heavy and substantial, as one would expect from a Loch company.

A true treasure. Deeply carved copper on steel version of the familiar Asian sandlewood board with ivory block insets & 3 center carved ivory tiles. Bottom picture, included here, is a photo of the wood/ivory version (which is NOT FOR SALE). Could be a template but remains a mystery. Only other one I've seen has been mounted on a block of wood for use as a cribbage board.
